<strong>Hoval</strong> MultiJet ® (12-25)EngineeringApplication-- A satisfying flue gas condensation and thusenergy savings are possible only with a lowtemperatureheating.-- At deepest outside temperature the heaterreturn temperature is to amount to maximally45°C.Standards and guidelinesThe following standard and guidelines must berespected:-- Technical information and installation manualof <strong>Hoval</strong>-- Hydraulic and technical control regulationsof <strong>Hoval</strong>-- Local building law-- Fire protection standard-- DVGW guidelines-- DIN EN 12828 Heating systems in buildingplans of hot water heating plants-- DIN EN 12831 Heating plants in buildingsprocedure for computing the normed heatingcapacity-- VDE 0100Water qualityHeating water:-- The European Standard EN 14868 andthe Directive VDI 2035 must be observed.In particular, attention must be paid to thefollowing stipulations:-- <strong>Hoval</strong> boilers and calorifiers are designedfor heating plants without significant oxygenintake (plant type I according to EN 14868).-- Plants with--continuousoxygen intake (e.g. underfloorheating systems without diffusion proofplastic piping) or--intermittentoxygen intake (e.g. wherefrequent refilling is necessary)--must be equipped with separate circuits.-- Treated heating water must be tested atleast 1 x yearly. According to the inhibitormanufacturer‘s instructions, more frequenttesting may be necessary.-- A refilling is not necessary if the quality ofthe heating water in existing installations(e.g. exchange of boiler) conforms to VDI2035. The Directive VDI 2035 applies equallyto the replacement water.-- New and if applicable existing installationsneedto be adequately cleaned and flushedbefore being filled. The boiler may only befilled after the heating system has beenflushed!-- Parts of the boiler/ calorifier which havecontact with water are made of ferrous materialsand stainless steel.-- On account of the danger of stress crackingcorrosion in the stainless steel section of theboiler the chloride, nitrate and sulphate contentsof the heating water must not exceed50 mg/l in total.-- The pH value of the heating water shouldlie between 8.3 and 9.5 after 6 -12 weeks ofheating operation.Filling and replacement water:-- For a plant using <strong>Hoval</strong> boilers untreateddrinking water is generally best suited as heatingmedium, i.e. as filling and replacementwater. However, the quality of the untreateddrinking water must fulfil the standard set inVDI 2035. Should the mains water availablenot be suited for use then it must be desali<strong>na</strong>tedand/ or be treated with inhibitors. Thestipulations of EN 14868 must be observed.-- In order to maintai<strong>na</strong> high level of boilerefficiency and to avoid overheating of theheating surfaces the values given in thetable should not be exceeded (dependent onboiler performance ratings - for multi-boilerplants rating of smallest boiler applies - andon the water contentof the plant).-- The total amount of filling and replacementwater which is used throughout the total servicelife of the boiler must not exceed threetimes the water capacity of the plant.Combustion airThe combustion air supply must be guaranteed.The air vent must not be blocked. Wherethe air supply is fed directly to the boiler(air-exhaust system) the connecting piece forcombustion air supply must be used. The minimumfree cross-section for the combustion aircan be assumed simplified as follows (nomi<strong>na</strong>loutput relevant!).-- ambient air dependent operation:A ventilation outlet of at least 1 x 150 sq. cmor 2 x 75 sq. ch cross-sectio<strong>na</strong>ndi<strong>na</strong>ddition2 sq. cm for each kW above 50 kW of boilercapacity is necessary.-- Ambient air independent operation withseparate combustion air duct to boiler:0.8 sq. cm per 1 kW boiler capacity. The lossof pressure in the combustion air duct mustbe taken into account when determining thesize of the flue gas system.Oil burner mounting-- The burner connection plug must be mountedopposite of the burner door hinges.-- It should be possible to swivel the boilerdoor incl. burner by 90°.-- The space between burner and boiler doormust be insulated by the additio<strong>na</strong>l deliveredinsulation material.Electric connection of the burner-- Electric supply 1 x 230 V, 50 Hz, 10 A.-- The burner must be connected to the burnerconnection plug of the Boiler.-- For safety reasons the electric cable of theburner must be that short that the plug mustbe removed when swivelling boiler door.Sound absorptionSound absorption is possible trough the followingsteps:-- Walls, ceilings and floor should be verysolidly built, a sound absorber should bemounted into the air inlet. Pipe holders andsupport should be protected by means ofanti-vibration sleeves.-- If living rooms are located above or underthe boiler room, vibration absorbers have tobe mounted to the boiler base. <strong>Hoval</strong> MultiJet ® (12-25)EngineeringFlue gas system-- The exhaust system must be made by anexamined and certified exitgas line.-- The exit gas line must be certified gas-tight,humidity-insensitively, corrosion and acidproofaswell as for exhaust gas temperaturesup to 120°C.-- The exhaust system must be suitable for theoperation withover-pressure.-- The exit gas line is to be laid with upwardgradient, so that the resulting condensate ofthe exhaust system flows back into the boilerso that before deriving into drains it can beneutralized.-- When using exit gas lines made of plastic asafety temperature limiter must be inserted.--Built in the MultiJet ®(12-25) already.-- Computation of the fire-place cross sectionon basis of DIN 4705.-- In the connection pipe has to be integrateda closable flue gas-wel socket with circularinner diameter of 10-21 mm. Otvor za dovod vazduha se nikadne sme zatvoriti.- Minimalni poprečni presek otvora za vazduhje 6,5 cm 2 za 1 kW kapaciteta kotla.Hidraulično odvajanje kotla- Od vodova izrađenih od plastičnogdifuzionog materijala- Od sistema koji sadrži hemijske aditive ilitečnost protiv mraza.Kotlovsko postolje- Kotlovsko postolje (isprati zajedno saši<strong>na</strong>ma od<strong>na</strong>pred) čistiti kao mokro čišćenjekotla sa čistačem dimnjaka.- Zazor između vatrootpornog zida kotlovskihvrata i cevi gorionika treba popunitiizolacionom masom.(Isporučuje se uz kotao)Električno povezivanje gorionika- Upravljački <strong>na</strong>pon 1 x 230 V, 50 Hz, 10 A.- Utičnicu gorionika treba spojiti sakotlovskim priključkom.- Kabel gorionika treba skratiti tako da seprilikom zaokretanja gorionika strujno koloobavezno prekine.Snižavanje bukeSnižavanje buke se postiže <strong>na</strong> sledeći <strong>na</strong>čin:- Masivnom izvedbom kotlarnice: zidova,tavanice i d<strong>na</strong>, ugradnjom prigušivača bukeu usisni otvor, opremanjem nosilaca energijei konzole prigušivačima.- Montažom prigušivača <strong>na</strong> gorionik.- Ukoliko se ispod ili iz<strong>na</strong>d kotlarnice <strong>na</strong>lazestambene prostorije, kotao treba postaviti<strong>na</strong> gumene prigušivače, a preporučljiva je iugradnja kompenzatora <strong>na</strong> priključnevodove i dimnjaču.- Cirkulacionu pumpu povezati sa vodovimauz upotrebu kompenzatora.- U cilju snižavanja buke koja eventualnomože <strong>na</strong>stati u dimnjaku, preporučljivo jeugraditi prigušivač u spoljni vod, odnosnopredvideti mesto za njegovu <strong>na</strong>k<strong>na</strong>dnuugradnju.Grej<strong>na</strong> armatur<strong>na</strong> grupa- Ako se za grejne površine korististandard<strong>na</strong> HA-grupa (HA-grupa DN25:zapremi<strong>na</strong> vode ≥ 2,4 m 3 /h, HA-grupaDN32: zapremi<strong>na</strong> vode ≥ 3,0 m 3 /h), morase priključiti cirkulacio<strong>na</strong> pumpa.- Ako je kotao Euro-3 spojen sa <strong>Hoval</strong>upravljanjem grejanja i sa <strong>Hoval</strong> HA grupom,kotao se može koristiti bez ograničavanjapovratne temperature.DimnjakPravo <strong>na</strong> izmene zadržanoDimnjača- Uvođenje dimnjače iz kotla u dimnjak trebada bude pod uglom od 30 - 45° (pad premakotlu).- U slučaju da je dimnjača duža od 1 m trebaje termički izolovati.- Dimnjaču treba uvesti u dimnjak tako da sekondenzat iz dimnjaka ne vrati u kotao.- U dimnjaču je potrebno ugraditi mernipriključak unutrašnjeg prečnika 10-21 mmsa mogućnošću zatvaranja.Priključak treba izvesti kroz termoizolacijuDimnjak- Dimnjak treba da je nepropustan za vodu,otporan prema kiselini i da je odobren zaveće temperature dimnih gasova od 160°C.- Ukoliko dimnjak već postoji, njegovorastavljanje i prepravke treba obaviti premapreporukama proizvođača dimnjaka.- Poprečni presek se proraču<strong>na</strong>va neuzimajući u obzir potrebnu promaju usistemu.
