Beer served witha strong and lasting head of foam is highlyappreciated in most cultures.The <strong>NIBEM</strong> Institute has set standards forthe measurement of the foam stability. The<strong>NIBEM</strong> Foam Stability Tester measures thefoam collapse time over a distance of 30mm. Equipped with product identificationand memory, the <strong>NIBEM</strong> Foam StabilityTester allows for the traceability ofmeasuring data and up to nine differentproduct types can be programmed into thetester.After filling the glass with highlyreproducible foam created with the Inpack2000 Sampling Device in combination withthe Inpack 2000 Flasher Head, the glassis placed in the instrument and the foamcollapse time is automatically measured.Subsequently, the results are displayed andcan also be exported to a PC and/or directlyprinted.
