Child Protection:Previous estimates used in UNICEF publications and inMICS country reports were calculated using householdweights that did not take into account the last stageselection of children for the administration of the childdiscipline module in MICS surveys. In January 2010, it wasdecided that more accurate estimates are producedby using a household weight that takes the last-stageselection into account.
