Urban Cartography Project was inspired by the work of Indra Ameng and Keke Tumbuan (Secret Places, 2005), thatwas exhibited at 347/EAT exhibition space in 2005. The ongoing Urban Cartography Project involves its audience totrace out locations with particular information for the public in Bandung in order to represents the dynamicpsychogeography of Bandung from the view of its inhabitants. New and Emerging Creative Culture in BandungCreative movement in Bandung reached its momentum on <strong>Indonesia</strong> economic crisis in 1996 - 1998.Subsequently, the city became barometer on independen music, fashion, and alternative media thatinitiate youth counter culture movement that in opposition with mainstream culture and industry. Amongmany aspect that has become the source of influence in this new and emerging creative practice andculture is the use pirated software, which widely available in local market or easily downloaded from theinternet; including new knowledge and information that is provided by digital media and internettechnology.- HIVOS ICT/ Media Report 2009
