Annexure'A'TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-1. The date of contracts shall be effective and valid for one year from the date of acceptance of rates /contracts. In case vehicle goes outside Delhi, nothing would be paid extra for journey other thannight halt charges at the rates of Rs. 100.00 (One hundred only) per night.2. There may be some plus or minus on account of hours and K.M. to be run by vehicle every day.Finally it would be adjusted at the end of the every month after overall running of vehicle shall becalculated 240 Hours 12400 K.M. per month.3. Hiring charges shall be for 10 Hours per day (i.e. from 9.00 AM to 7:00 PM).4. The payments on account of extra mileage over and above the limit enumerated as above shall bepaid as per the rate quoted by the agency.5. The above rates shall be inclusive of fuels (Diesel/Petrol / CNG), Driver and other propellingcharges.6. Service tax should not be included in quoted rates which shall be re-imbursed to the agency ondemand after having paid such tax with appropriate authority.7. The firm is bound to provide DLY- Taxi, Commercial, well maintained vehicle & registered withthe RTO. Vehicle should be made available at a short notice any time any day.8. Driver deployed should be well behaved and well versed with the roads of NCR region & havingvalid license for driving the vehicle.9. Vehicle and Driver shall not be changed frequently on any occasion without prior intimation andpermission of Competent Authority.10. If the vehicle misses any day and does not reach at duty point, then the deduction will be made atthe rate of double the rate quoted by agency for per day.II. The competent authority have a full rights to terminate contracts if the services are not foundsatisfactory with a notice period of 07 days.12. The vehicle should be latest model and not more than four year old. The above rates should bevalid for at least 60 days from the date of submission of the quotations.13. The supplier has to make some alternate arrangement of other vehicle In case of servicing /maintenance of original vehicle.14. Milo meter of taxi should always be in working conditions and as per regulation of appropriateTransport Authority.15. Income tax / VAT etc. will be deducted as per applicable rules. Nothing extra will be paid onaccount of increase of fuel charges and local taxes during the contract period.16. Daily meter reading will be recorded at time arrival and departure.10. The vehicle should be DLY Taxi registered for Delhi Motor Licensing Office.18. The agency will submit the registered certificate of Taxi(DL Y) alongwith the quotation.19. The agency who do not fulfill the above requirement will summarily rejected. Conditionalquotations will not be accepted.20. The agency should be registered with Registrar Office Delhi or approved by NDMC or MCD.21. This NIQ in available at www.allindiaradio.org.in and www.tenderhome.com..

Envelope should be superscri bed that the "Quotation for Hiring of Vehicle".The quotation will be opened by the Competent Authority in the office of theSuperintending Engineer (E), CCW: All India Radio, l l" floor, Soochna Bhawan, NewDelhi-I 10003 at 3:30 PM on 22.07.2013 in the presence of the agencies or theirauthorized representative.The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation or parts ofitems without assigning any reason thereof.~EA to SE(E).'
