DIRECTORATE OF FILM FESTIVALSMINISTRY OF INFORMATION & BROADCASTING*****TERMS & CONDITIONS1. The transporter is required to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- on account of earnestmoney (Refundable). The Earnest Money has to be deposited through Bank draftpayable to “Pay & Accounts Officer (MS), Ministry of Information &Broadcasting, New Delhi”. The tenders submitted without bank draft of earnestmoney will not be considered/liable to be rejected.2. The agency has to give confirmation for smooth delivery of material at itsdestination at Goa. Responsibility for delivery of the rewinding table/machines &office material will rest on the transporter. Material can be seen in the premisesof this Directorate on all working days between 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and from2.00 PM to 5.00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and closed holidays.3. Safety and security of material of D.F.F. will be the sole responsibility of thetransporter during transportation upto the destination point.4. The transporter selected for the work will meet the delivery time so that thearticles reach destination point (Goa) well in time.5. Only Registered parties / agencies having a vast experience in running transportcompanies having its local office in Panaji, Goa and good number of trucks intheir fleet may only quote their rates.6. Please note that loading and unloading charges will not be borne by thisDirectorate and adequate manpower and labour for loading and unloading thetruck will be made available by you at Delhi as well as at Goa.7. The tender forms shall only be issued to experienced agencies on production ofwritten proof in support of experience. The contract shall be for one trip fromDelhi to Goa and return from Goa to Delhi in November - December 2010. Anyother charges may be mentioned clearly.

8. All formalities pertaining to obtaining permissions for No Parking Zone etc.(while loading and unloading the truck from the premises of this Directorate) willbe completed by the transporter.9. Sealed quotation duly superscribed on the cover ‘Quotation for hiring of truckfor IFFI’2010’ addressed to the Director General & Director, Directorate of FilmFestivals, Ministry of I&B, Sirifort Auditorium Complex, August Kranti Marg,New Delhi-110049 should reach this Directorate before 3.00 PM on 30-9-2010positively.
