A Chartered Accountants firm having experience <strong>of</strong> 10 years ormore in the area <strong>of</strong> auditing <strong>of</strong> organisations <strong>of</strong> repute;2. The firm must be empanelment with <strong>CA</strong>G <strong>of</strong> India <strong>for</strong>conducting audit <strong>for</strong> PSU/au<strong>to</strong>nomous bodies allotted by <strong>CA</strong>G<strong>for</strong> minimum <strong>of</strong> 2 years;3. The firm should have a minimum annual turnover in the range <strong>of</strong>Rs.40- 50 Lakh <strong>for</strong> the last 2 years;4. The firm should have a minimum <strong>of</strong> 4 <strong>to</strong> 5 working <strong>CA</strong> partnersand a working staff strength <strong>of</strong> 15 peopleThe <strong>Internal</strong> <strong>Audit</strong> shall mean Classification <strong>Audit</strong> as well as Proprietary <strong>Audit</strong> <strong>of</strong> theaccounts and transactions relating <strong>to</strong> the various schemes implemented and operatedby <strong>Tea</strong> Board on <strong>Tea</strong> Development and Research in India as well as <strong>Tea</strong> PromotionSchemes in India and abroad which were approved by the Ministry <strong>of</strong> Commerce, Govt.<strong>of</strong> India time <strong>to</strong> time.Bid security (EMD) shall be Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand Only) payable in the<strong>for</strong>m <strong>of</strong> demand draft in favour <strong>of</strong> “<strong>Tea</strong> Board, Kolkata”.Intending bidders may obtain copy <strong>of</strong> the tender document from Secretary, <strong>Tea</strong> BoardKolkata, on payment <strong>of</strong> Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) non-refundable, with effectfrom 18-01-2013 up <strong>to</strong> 07-02-2013 between 1100 Hrs & 1300 Hrs on working days.
