Dedicated client support<br />
First-line support is provided by a manned<br />
Helpdesk which is <strong>contact</strong>able, 24/7.<br />
The dedicated team of support specialists,<br />
located in all VERIPOS offices, has a wide<br />
spectrum of knowledge ranging from GNSS<br />
expertise <strong>to</strong> the installation and operation of<br />
all VERIPOS equipment.<br />
Regional operations teams based in<br />
Aberdeen, Ho<strong>us</strong><strong>to</strong>n, Rio das Ostras (Brazil)<br />
and Singapore provide an additional layer<br />
of support that can troubleshoot problems<br />
and, if necessary, arrange visits <strong>to</strong> vessels.<br />
The VERIPOS Online Support System<br />
(VOSS) lets <strong>us</strong>ers log and track the progress<br />
of issues in real time. VOSS also contains<br />
a Knowledge Base, a FAQ section and a<br />
download section for guides, manuals and<br />
other technical documents.<br />

Technical training<br />
VERIPOS’ modular approach <strong>to</strong> training<br />
means courses can be constructed <strong>to</strong><br />
meet the clients’ precise needs. VERIPOS<br />
provides training for all levels – from the<br />
marine opera<strong>to</strong>r through <strong>to</strong> the more<br />
advanced survey/seismic <strong>us</strong>er. Topics range<br />
from basic GNSS <strong>to</strong> more sophisticated<br />
positioning techniques. Courses are also<br />
available on VERIPOS software applications,<br />
hardware and associated equipment.<br />
The courses offer classroom and hands-on<br />
training at VERIPOS training centres in<br />
Aberdeen, Ho<strong>us</strong><strong>to</strong>n, Singapore or Rio das<br />
Ostras (Brazil), and can consider training at<br />
other locations or on vessels in port.<br />
On-site vessel training<br />
On-site vessel familiarisation of VERIPOS<br />
installation and systems can be provided by<br />
installation engineers <strong>to</strong> help clients become<br />
fully operational as quickly as possible.<br />

Training support material includes <strong>to</strong>ols<br />
such as e-learning, a dedicated<br />
support portal and access <strong>to</strong> technical<br />
documentation, such as manuals, bridge<br />
cards and FAQs – a combination which<br />
provides the highest possible support<br />
for both new and experienced trainees.<br />
