A representative will assist youtroubleshooting the problem and will make every effortto solve it over the phone or by Email, avoiding potentialunnecessary returns.In case a return can not be avoided, the representativewill record all necessary information and will provide aReturn Material Authorization (RMA) form that includesthe appropriate return address and instructions.
