Dates for processing implementation are as under:-(a) Intimation regarding placing in position together with the certificate of noninvolvement in any disciplinary case should be given immediately by the unit / fmnconcern through a letter addressed to this HQ E1B (R-DPC) section for notifying inthe SRO.(b) Personnel should be placed in position on or before 15 Apr 2013.(c) Consolidated appeals / representations, if any for refusal of promotionsshould be submitted to E1B(S) Section alongwith recommendations of Zonal /Projects CE’s within 15 days on receipt of the promotion posting order. Please refpara 49 of E-in-C’s Br guidelines circulated vide this HQ letter No132402/Policy/Gen/759/E1B(S)/A2 dt 12 Oct 2007.3. Instructions contained in E-in-C’s Br letter No.A/420001/E1R dt 05 Feb 1983regarding submission of ACR may be applied with.4.
