Fieldvisits were undertaken to the Dominican Republic, Ghana, Liberia, Rwanda,and Tunisia. Comprehensive desk reviews were conducted for the remaining13 countries. Each desk-based case study took approximately 10 days tocomplete, while field-based case studies took 15–17 days for both desk andfield work. The data sources consulted for the case studies included:• Substantial in-depth reviews of World Bank <strong>Group</strong> project and programdocuments of operations managed by sectors such as Human Develop-80 <strong>Youth</strong> <strong>Employment</strong> <strong>Programs</strong>
