The purchase order should reflect that the unit is on a "30-day trial basis".Accompanying the purchase order should be three credit references and one bank reference.An invoice is issued at the time the shipment is made and is marked "30-day trial". If, after 30calendar days, the decision is made to keep the unit, the invoice becomes due and payable. Ifwithin those 30 days the unit does not work out to the customer's satisfaction, we must beadvised as to why it did not work out. An RGA# will then be issued to return the unit. THEUNIT MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION TO RECEIVEFULL CREDIT. After the unit and all accessories have been returned to Midwest Specialties, acredit memo will be issued.
