As such, itmust be a calming, comfortable, andcongenial experience for both pedestrians,cyclists, and drivers.It should be a welcoming and safeplace for both vehicles and pedestrians,and encourage people to slow down. Itis a mixed-use address that is lively duringthe day and evening, where peoplelive, work, recreate, and enjoy traditionalneighborhood conveniences and restaurants.The existing anchors which supportthese activities include new residentialcondominiums, offices, restaurants,and Silver Palm Park.
