The Child and AdolescentPsychi<strong>at</strong>rist supervises the team and is responsible for final decisionsabout your child's tre<strong>at</strong>ment. The <strong>at</strong>tending psychi<strong>at</strong>rist meets withp<strong>at</strong>ients individually, consults regularly with other tre<strong>at</strong>ment teammembers, and <strong>at</strong>tends “rounds” <strong>to</strong> review the p<strong>at</strong>ient's progress.Unit Manager: Supervises the nursing staff in all aspects ofp<strong>at</strong>ient care. The Unit Manager also makes sure th<strong>at</strong> the unitenvironment is as safe and effective as possible.Continued on next page.3
