EntelliGuard ® G Accessories<br />
<strong>Circuit</strong> Breaker Closing Coils - St<strong>and</strong>ard <strong>and</strong> Comm<strong>and</strong>ed<br />
Two, easy-to-fit, clip-on closing coil options with simple,<br />
plug-in connections are available. Both options offer<br />
electrical remote release of the spring charged closing<br />
mechanism. Both options include a st<strong>and</strong>ard anti-pump<br />
safety feature ensuring that the close signal must be<br />
released before further close comm<strong>and</strong>s are allowed. The<br />
Comm<strong>and</strong> Close Coil additionally provides for local breaker<br />
close <strong>and</strong> remote breaker close over communications via<br />
the EntelliGuard Trip Unit.<br />
Comm<strong>and</strong> Operation Module<br />
This module energizes the closing coil to cause the breaker<br />
to close whenever control power is applied to the accessory<br />
<strong>and</strong> when comm<strong>and</strong>ed from the breaker trip unit or breaker<br />
front panel push button (electrical closing.)<br />

Shunt Trip for Ground Fault<br />
Energizing the shunt trip (ST), via local or remote input, will<br />
instantaneously activate the circuit breaker mechanism, ensuring<br />
a rapid open operation. The shunt trip is continuously rated<br />
<strong>and</strong> does not require an auxiliary switch in series with the coil.<br />
The shunt trip is a straightforward, field installable accessory<br />
available in wide range of voltages.<br />
