Credit or debit cards are not accepted. $20 fee is charged for all returned payments. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in:o Financial hold placed on your recordo Late fee assessed ($5.00 - $50.00)o Service charge assessed (1% per month)o You cannot register for classes or change class scheduleso You may be disenrolled from future term classeso No transcripts, diplomas, or certifications will be issuedo Colorado law requires delinquent accounts be placed with a privatecollection agencyo If your account is referred to a collection agency, it will be reported tocredit bureaus and you must pay any collection costs and attorney feesallowed by the Uniform Consumer CodeFINANCIAL AIDStudents with credits on their account as of January 4 will have refunds depositeddirectly into their bank account on January 7 (bank processing times may vary). All Colorado in-state undergraduates are eligible for the College Opportunity Fund(COF). Students must apply and authorize <strong>CU</strong> to receive the money and apply it to theirbill. Student feesCOURSE <strong>FEE</strong>S are assessed to help offset the higher costs of specialized supplies,equipment, and materials that are required to teach courses in certain departments.Course feesCONFIRMATION DEPOSIT One-time payment of $200 confirmation deposit. Holds your place at <strong>CU</strong> <strong>Boulder</strong> every semester. It is not credited toward yourtuition and fees. Proceeds from interest earned are used for need-based scholarships for <strong>Boulder</strong>campus students.
