Shock your body with calisthenics such aspush ups, sit ups and weight training. You never know what kind of awesomeexercises that will be executed in this class. Need that change, well this is it!Cuttin Edge Cardio: A step aerobics class that begins a new routine onthe 1 st of every month. A total body workout: strength training, bodyresistance and core.SilverSneakers Muscle Strength and Range of Movement: Have funand move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increasemuscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.Hand-held weights, elastic tubing w/ handles, and a ball are offered forresistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.Step: Learn different levels of choreography moves to burn calories andincrease your heart rate by adding some fun to your workouts.Basic Floor Aerobics: Learn the basics of aerobics at your own pace onthe floor without the step.Strength Training: Learn the proper form, breathing and correct way tolift weights.Zumba: An exciting class that combines Latin and International music witha fun and effective workout system.Fitness ReminderRemember, exercise is what youwant it to be.
