This isa problem which will present an interestingsubject for discussion in the next stage of thisinquiry, the import of which must now bemade apparent by the sketch of the structureof the nerve system, and the results of theexperiments as to localization.Nothing more is now required to completethis narrative leading up to this problem, anddiscovering its proportions, than a brief accountof correlative inquiry which has affordedstrong confirmatory evidence as to the trut,hof the conclusions favoring localization, andcoardinate action of different portions of thebrain as the central organ governing thewhole nerve system.
