In his six previous stroke-play wins, his largest margin had been three at the 1997Quad City Classic and the 1999 Buick Challenge.With his 1-over-par 73 on Sunday, David Toms was the first player to shoot over par and win in a <strong>PGA</strong> <strong>TOUR</strong>event since Tiger Woods 2-over-par 72 at the 2002 U.S. Open.
