But schools can only make a lastingdifference when they focus on specific goals and strategies for change. Palma, the Barangay kagawad of Carolina Naga City(representing the Barangay Chairman) Mr. Marivio Belicario, the PTAPresident, Ireneo Bonita, the SPG President, Mr. Mercy Boringgot, theteacher representative and the school Principal, Venus Caceres-Resuena.school improvement planning is a process through which schools sets goalsfor improvement, and make decisions about how and when these goals willbe achieved.
