Women with secondary education are much more likelyto have been exposed to all types <strong>of</strong> media than womenwith no education, 43 percent compared to 3 percent,respectively. Similarly, 44 percent <strong>of</strong> women in the highestwealth index quintile have been exposed to all three mediaforms, while the corresponding proportion <strong>of</strong> women inthe lowest wealth index quintile is only 6 percent. Largerproportions <strong>of</strong> women are exposed to all types <strong>of</strong> media inurban areas (21 percent) than in rural areas (14 percent).The data for men aged 15–29 living in Roma settlementsis shown in table MT.1R.M. Some 31 percent <strong>of</strong> menread a newspaper at least once a week, 77 percent listenedto the radio and 96 percent watched television. About 2percent had no regular exposure to any <strong>of</strong> the three mediawhile 25 percent are exposed to all three types <strong>of</strong> media atleast on a weekly basis.In total, 5 percent <strong>of</strong> men aged 15–19 from Romasettlements have no regular exposure to any <strong>of</strong> the threemedia, while only 20 percent are exposed to all three types<strong>of</strong> media at least on a weekly basis.
