Table CP.5 presents the resultsof the age difference between husbands and wives. Aboutone in ten women aged 20–24 is currently married to aman who is older by ten years or more (9 percent), and 8percent of women aged 15–19 are currently married tomen who are older by ten years or more 20 .Almost half of the women aged between 20–24 years arecurrently married or in union with a husband/partnerwho is 0 to 4 years older.20This conclusion is based on very small number of cases.MONITORING THE SITUATION OF CHILDREN AND WOMEN 179
