In 97 percent of households in Serbia, a specific place forhand-washing was observed. One percent of householdsdid not give permission to see the place used forhandwashing (Table WS.9). Of those households wherethe place for hand-washing was observed, 99 percent hadboth water and soap present at the designated place.
