Do youwant to have the option <strong>of</strong> taking <strong>course</strong>s online, during the day or in the evening? Choose from over 40 programs inContinuing Education. <strong>Immaculata</strong> <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers degree programs leading to the Associate <strong>of</strong> Arts (A.A.), Associate<strong>of</strong> Science (A.S.), Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Arts (B.A.), Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Music (B.Mus.), and Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science (B.S.). Also availableare certificate programs and certification in education (early childhood, elementary, secondary, specialeducation/elementary), school nurse certification, music therapy certification, and a didactic program in dietetics. A new<strong>of</strong>fering is the Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Arts degree in Liberal Studies, <strong>of</strong>fering curriculum choices and scheduling flexibility (seepage 27). Visit a museum andbecome engrossed in a specific collection <strong>of</strong> paintings. Become acquainted with a piece <strong>of</strong> local history. Evaluate yourmotivation and reduce your level <strong>of</strong> stress. Workshop <strong>course</strong>s are <strong>of</strong>fered throughout the summer to enrich and enlightenyou. Workshops can be taken for credit or non-credit. See descriptions on pages 10 to 16 for the variety <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ferings.ACCELERATED DEGREE PROGRAMSACCEL ® programs <strong>of</strong>fer additional options for degree completion in an accelerated format. Accelerated degreecompletion programs are <strong>of</strong>fered on the main campus and at <strong>of</strong>f-site locations throughout the Delaware Valley. If youhave just a few college credits, take a first step by earning an accelerated Associate <strong>of</strong> Science in Business Administration.If you have earned at least 30 college credits toward your bachelor’s degree but never completed it, you may attend classone night per week year around to earn a Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Arts degree. Registered nurses enroll in the accelerated RN to BSNprogram <strong>of</strong>fered in five Pennsylvania counties and the state <strong>of</strong> Delaware. Students typically are employed full-time andare interested in working toward their degree while maintaining employment. No longer tied to a specific time or location, studentscomplete degree requirements anytime, from anywhere.
