Starting atthe middle of the cookie, draw a wooden cocktail stickor fine skewer through the lines in the opposite direction,gently dragging the colour through the icing and creating afeathered effect on the biscuit.Cobweb icingCover a biscuit in icing, then pipe on fine, concentriccircles of icing in a contrasting colour. starting from thecentre and working outwards.Draw a cocktail stick from the centre of the cookie tothe outside edge, dividing the biscuit into quarters, thenrepeat to divide it into eighths.
