Fold along the dotted line so the printed side shows. Glue ordouble-stick tape the blank back side to close it. You may laminate the cue for durability, if desired.The ID Card (pg. 17) prints two to a page. Cut around the solid outer borderand note that this cue is twicethe length of the other cues. Next, fold along the middle dotted line so the printed side shows. Glue ordouble-stick tape the blank back side until closed. Laminate at this point, if desired (you may want toattach a photo before laminating). Finally, fold along the second dotted line so the photo side is on top.The Coin Book construction is a bit more complex. First, print out pages 18 and 19 of this document.Start with the outer pages (pg. 18). Cut around the solid outer border. Fold in half along the horizontaldotted line so the printed side is showing. Glue or double-stick tape the blank back side closed.Now fold along the vertical dotted line so the title page shows. Set these pages aside and repeat thesame process for the inner pages (pg. 19). Make sure the second fold you make on the inner pages showsthe .25¢—.35¢ denominations on top. Now slip the inner pages into the outer pages and staple severaltimes along the spine to bind the book.If lamination is desired, do it before making the second folds. These steps are numbered along the cueprint-out to help guide you.
