Insider tradingYou must not use any information about LAIO, a competitor, joint venturepartner, customer or supplier for financial or other personal benefit, or conveythis information to others before it is made public.Our commitmentLAIO does not permit or condone LAIO Employees using inside information toengage in insider trading in respect <strong>of</strong> securities in <strong>Leighton</strong> Holdings Limited or anyother entity.In general terms, “inside information” is material information about any company thatis not generally available to the public which would affect a reasonable investor’sdecision about whether or not to trade in securities <strong>of</strong> the company.
