Main Atributions•Policies, manual, complementary rules ofProcurement•Legal and Tecnical assistance in Procurement to theentities established in the Procurement Law.•Administration of COMPRASAL (Procurementwebsite of El Salvador www.comprasal.gob.sv)•Following the compliance of law, rules and otherdocuments regarding Procurement.•Establish the Annual Policy of Procurement for allGovernment entities

•Benefits•Work in 4 groups according with the methodology (4Pillars), we have the participation of all stakeholders inProcurement in El Salvador .•We have identified the weakness of the Procurementsystem in El Salvador:•A) Process of payment is to long.•B) Some articles of Procurement Law must be changedlike Guarantees, Requirements for Tenders, Amounts forany kind of contratation.•C) Controller Entity capacity for Procurement Issues.

Other experiences.•In one subindicator of methodology, informationwas not obtained (9-b Enforcement and follow-upof findings and recomendations of ControlFramework) Controller Entity did not give theinformation.•Change in the Arbitration Law during the Process
