If you haven’t already, we suggestyou change your User ID and passwordin Home Branch to something unique.Taking these few precautions can saveyou a lot of trouble and headache.Select a unique User ID. Werecommend not using your accountnumber as your User ID. Pick somethingonly you would know. It is best not touse names or words which could beeasily guessed.Pick a strong password. Don’t usecommon words or significant dates inyour life. Create a password that is akeep your information safeprotectingyour moneymix of capital and lowercase letters,numbers, and is a minimum of eightcharacters.Memorize your passwords. Donot write them down. If you must toremember them, keep them in a lockedfile or drawer for protection.Use multiple passwords. It is a goodidea to use one password to access yourTFCU online accounts and not use thatpassword on any other accounts. Thislimits the amount of damage that can bedone if a password falls into the wronghands.With the convenience of Home Branch,you can change your User ID andpassword yourself 24 hours a day, 7 daysa week.1
