Supplies:1. Spiral notebook.2. #2 pencils and a blue or black ink pen.3. <strong>High</strong>lighters and colored pens.Grading Policy:Grades will consist of scores from a variety of assignments. These will include tests, essays, quizzes,homework, class work, notebooks, projects, presentations, participation and extra credit.All assignments will be assigned a point value, and all points are cumulative.All work should be turned in on time. All workassigned is considered an important part of the learning process, and any work missed should be madeup as soon as possible. It is expected that the student will inquire about missed work upon their returnfrom absences and make up the work within the same number of days that were missed. Furthermore, ifa student misses a test or a quiz, it is expected that he/she make arrangements to make up any workeither at lunch or after school so as not to interrupt the learning process.Homework and assignment due dates will be posted on my <strong>Rowland</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> Website.Attendance/Tardy Policy:Regular attendance is expected and essential to pass the course. <strong>School</strong> policies will be followed strictly.Students are expected to be in the classroom and in their seats when the bell rings.
