3. Letter Writing Outreach StationProvide postcards, writing paper, envelopes, pens,stamps, and the names and addresses of prospects andabsentees at this station. Some people who do not feelcomfortable making a personal visit may be willing towrite a note or a letter. Provide a box to collect the cardsand letters to be mailed.4. Telephone Outreach StationPerhaps outreachers who are willing to call absentees andprospects can use a church telephone or a cell phone. Ifyou have access to listings of new residents, allowoutreachers to contact these persons and invite them toattend Sunday School. Calls can also perhaps be made torecent visitors expressing appreciation for their visit andencouraging them to attend again.Some may be willing to get a list of names and phonenumbers and make the calls from their homes.5. Prayer Outreach StationsSunday School rooms can be designated as prayer rooms.These rooms should be located away from the otherstations so that those praying will have a quiet place topray for outreachers who are making visits as well as forthe lost and unchurched persons the outreachers arevisiting.6. Pastoral Care StationThis is the term we use for ministry visits to persons whoprimarily would be unable to attend our church.
