This practical course teaches math through real-world examples andemphasizes problem solving skills in the areas of personal finance, budgetingand statistics, taxes and insurance, banking and investments, purchases andsales, vacationing and retirement, and a host of job-related topics. It is a tenunit course with two projects.Course Highlights1. Keep up with your daily lesson plan. If you fall behind, work hard tocatch up the next day or if you know you will be gone you can workahead of the schedule.2. In this course, there is a project in Unit 2(College Budget) and Unit 7(Buying a Truck). Open them early to see what is required. Theseprojects may take extra time to complete and must be submittedbefore the unit tests will be unblocked.3.
