Previously budgeted in the Tomahawk Command and Control System (TC2S) Product Improvements (08000) line, TCOMMShas been broken out separately in FY 2004 to distinguish submarine/surface combatant requirements from carrier requirements (remaining TC2S line is applicable to Carriers alone). FY06provides funding for 19 TCOMMS. FY07 provides funds for 15 TCOMMS.Tomahawk Blk IV Integrated Training Architecture (08002) - Provides Tactical Tomahawk Fleet Battle Group Staff training .Submarine Weapons Control System (WCS) Product Improvement (02002) - provides for COTS/GOTS refreshment, engineering changes, and software upgrades to maintain compatability andinteroperability with existing and future systems. The TCOMMS PcMDS (TLAM Core Responsibilities) as well as the J6000 processor conversion requirements were included in this line.<strong>Procurement</strong> of hardware required to utilize Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module GPS (SAASM) Capabilities by Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System modifications. Also includesproduct support for Submarine-Advanced Tomahawk Weapon Control System and Submarine-Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System. This includes open system architecture, extensivehardware (TAC-X) processors, Common Display Console Unit, racks, cables, connectors, etc., and software commonality with surface systems and capabilities associated with Submarine TTWCSand accommodates the Tactical TOMAHAWK variant. TTWCS for submarines support the following functions: Receipt of Over the Horizon (OTH) tracking data external to TTWCS; EngagementPlanning, Inventory Management of missiles, Strike Planning, Interface with the Combat Control System to transfer engagement plans, TOMAHAWK Mission data, and flight software.
