Studentsmust initiate the process of receiving accommodationsby contacting the coordinator of Disability SupportServices, located in 102 Ralston Hall. Also, as part of theuniversity’s registration process, students are providedwith a confidential questionnaire that enables themto notify the university of possible accommodationsand services that are related to a disabling condition.Students should return these forms to the office of theRegistrar. In addition, students must contact the DSS officeto submit proper documentation and discuss requestedaccommodations.
