Investigations should be completed using the SF- 85 Form and the SF-87 finger printcard. An interim clearance can be granted by the company Security Officer and recorded in theJoint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). An open investigation or favorable adjudication isrequired prior to issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC) card or a badge providing access toNSWCCD sites and buildings. If an unfavorable adjudication is determined by DISCO all accesswill terminated.
