In his lastattempt to escape, he steals money from Kate’s lover, but at the last minute he decides to come clean.DIRECTORS’ STATEMENTMy Brother Lazarus is a crime drama with elements of a coming of age story. It is a story of friendship and deceit. It is also a story of crime and corruption, and one young man’s disillusionment with the glamorous world of thecriminals that he aspires to, and finding the courage to confront it. The story follows the lives of two best friends,Lazar and Tegla, and the disintegration of their friendship. As a filmmaker, I am drawn to the neo-realistic narrative, and my interest is in exploring the psychological and emotional transformation of characters in a simple humanstory. To me, the stories are about characters and how they react and change to circumstances beyond theircontrol, or the difficulties they bring upon themselves and others through their actions. I envision this film as anemotional cinematic journey, where the visual style will speak as much as the dialogue.SMALL MOVES LTD.PRODUCER’SCONTACT INFORMATIONSMALL MOVES LTD – FYROMT. +389 23211 073M. +389 70315761sristovski@yahoo.comMAINFRAME FILM PRODUCTION - CroatiaT. + 385 1 382 11 55, + 385 1 382 20 22info@mainframeproduction.comwww.mainframeproduction.comGEOPOLY LTD – BulgariaT. +359 2 9630 661M. +359 888 627 357, +359 888 605 350geopoly@gmail.comwww.geopoly-film.comSmall Moves Ltd was established in 2000.
