電 子 航 法 研 究 所 における 重 点 研 究 開 発 分 野 についてMajor Research Areas of ENRI平 成 23 年 度 より 開 始 されている 第 3 期 中 期 目 標 期 間 (5 年 計 画 )においては、 社 会 ニーズである 航 空 交 通 量 の 増 大や 航 空 交 通 の 安 全 性 に 寄 与 する 研 究 を 重 点 的 に 実 施 すると 共 に、これらの 研 究 成 果 が 航 空 行 政 等 でも 有 益 に 活 用 されるよう 取 り 組 むこととしています 。これらの 目 標 より、 当 研 究 所 では、 航 空 交 通 容 量 拡 大 や 運 航 の 効 率 性 向 上 及 び 消 費 燃 料 節 減 を 目 的 とした「1 飛 行中 の 運 航 高 度 化 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 」、 東 京 国 際 空 港 等 の 混 雑 空 港 における 処 理 容 量 拡 大 を 目 指 す「2 空 港 付 近 の 運航 高 度 化 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 」、 安 全 で 効 率 的 な 運 航 を 目 的 とする「3 空 地 を 結 ぶ 技 術 及 び 安 全 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 」の3つを 重 点 研 究 開 発 分 野 として 設 定 しました。In the implementation period of ENRI’s third five-year mid-term plan, which started in fiscal 2011, ENRI is focusing onresearches contributing to air traffic expansion and air traffic safety as social needs while making efforts so that the results ofthese researches will be utilized for the aviation administration.Accordingly, ENRI set the following researches as three intensive R&D themes: (1) Research and development of advancedin-flight operation for the purpose of a capacity expansion of air traffic, improvement in operational efficiency, and reduction infuel consumption. (2) Research and development of advanced flights near airports in the aim of an expansion of the processingcapacities of congested airports, such as Tokyo International Airport. (3) Research and development of technology and safetyconnecting the sky and ground for the purpose of safe and efficient flight operations.6
