電 子 航 法 研 究 所 の 研 究 長 期 ビジョンENRI's R&D Long-term Vision航 空 交 通 の 安 全 と 地 球 環 境 の 保 全 を 行 いつつ 今 後 の 交 通 量 増 大 に 応 えるためには、 新 たな 世 界 的 ATM( 航 空 交 通管 理 ) 運 用 概 念 が 必 要 、と 言 われています。この 運 用 概 念 実 現 のため、 電 子 航 法 研 究 所 では 平 成 20 年 7 月 研 究 長 期ビジョンを 作 成 し、それに 基 づいた 新 規 研 究 の 立 案 、 必 要 な 研 究 ・ 開 発 の 実 施 、 成 果 の 世 界 への 発 信 を 進 めてきました。この 研 究 長 期 ビジョンは 社 会 状 況 の 変 化 や 新 たに 開 発 ・ 導 入 された 技 術 等 に 対 応 して 見 直 す 必 要 があります。そこで、電 子 航 法 研 究 所 ではまず 我 が 国 が 直 面 する 課 題 を 抽 出 し、それをもとに 重 点 化 するべき 研 究 課 題 を 決 定 して 研 究 課 題 間の 関 連 やその 短 期 、 中 期 及 び 長 期 的 目 標 を 明 白 にすると 共 に、CARATS*など 他 の 航 空 関 係 長 期 ビジョンとの 調 和 も考 慮 しつつこの 見 直 しをすすめ、 平 成 23 年 3 月 に 新 しい 研 究 長 期 ビジョンを 発 表 しました。この 新 しい 研 究 長 期 ビジョンでは、 今 後 十 数 年 間 に 実 施 するべき 研 究 を「 飛 行 中 の 運 航 高 度 化 」、「 空 港 付 近 での 運航 高 度 化 」 及 び「 空 地 を 結 ぶ 技 術 、 安 全 性 向 上 技 術 」の 三 分 野 に 大 別 し、ロードマップの 形 で 示 しています。 電 子 航法 研 究 所 は 今 後 このビジョンに 基 づき 長 期 的 な 視 点 に 立 って 研 究 、 開 発 に 取 り 組 んでまいります。また、 今 後 「 世 界 に通 じる 中 核 的 研 究 機 関 」をめざす 所 存 ですので、そのために 必 要 となる 研 究 員 の「 研 究 力 」 向 上 が 図 れるよう、この 長 期ビジョンでは 研 究 の 継 続 性 についても 重 視 しています。A new global ATM operational concept is essential for air traffic safety, environmental preservation and for future trafficincrease. To contribute to realizing this concept, ENRI established the long term research vision in July 2008 and have beenconducting research, development and announcement of the results to the world. This research vision is to be occasionallyrevised when social environment relating to ATM changes or new ATM systems have been developed and introduced. Then, wechose the problems we are now facing, decided important research topics from them, made the relationships among those topicsclear, defined short, mid and long term research objectives and tried to harmonize our research with other projects concerningATM as CARATS* in the process of this revision. ENRI made public the new long term research vision in March 2011.The new research vision exhibits our research topics for a coming dozen years as a road map in which the topics are classifiedinto three categories as “advanced operation in the air”, “advanced operation on or close to the airport” and “technologies linkingground and air and for safety enhancement”. Now, ENRI will conduct researches with a long term viewpoint as this vision.
