沿革History昭 和 36 年 4 月 運 輸 技 術 研 究 所 航 空 部 に 電 子 航 法 研 究 室 設 置 。 April 1961 The Electronic Navigation Section was organized in theTransport Technology Research Institute.昭 和 38 年 4 月運 輸 技 術 研 究 所 改 組 、 船 舶 技 術 研 究 所 電 子 航 法部 となる。April 1963The Transport Technology Research Institute was reorganizedand the Electronic Navigation Section wasexpanded to become the Electronic Navigation Division ofthe Ship Research Institute.昭 和 42 年 7 月 10 日 電 子 航 法 研 究 所 設 立 。 総 務 課 、 企 画 調 査 室 、 電子 航 法 部 、 衛 星 航 法 部 を 設 置 。10 July 1967 The Electronic Navigation Research Institute (ENRI) wasestablished, consisting of the General Affairs Division, thePlanning and Program Office, the Electronic NavigationDivision, and the Satellite Navigation Division.昭 和 45 年 4 月電 子 航 法 部 を 廃 止 、 電 子 航 法 開 発 部 と 電 子 航 法 評価 部 を 設 置 。April 1970The Electronic Navigation Division was divided into theDevelopment Division and the Evaluation Division.昭 和 47 年 5 月 企 画 調 査 室 を 廃 止 、 研 究 企 画 官 を 設 置 。 May 1972 The Planning and Program Office was abolished andDeputy Director-General was established.昭 和 51 年 5 月 空 港 整 備 特 別 会 計 を 導 入 。 May 1976 A Special Account for Airport Development becameapplicable to ENRI.昭 和 51 年 10 月 岩 沼 市 に 岩 沼 分 室 を 設 置 。 October 1976 The Iwanuma Branch was organized in Iwanuma City.昭 和 53 年 10 月 航 空 施 設 部 を 設 置 。 October 1978 The Aeronautical Facilities Division was organized.平 成 13 年 1 月中 央 省 庁 等 改 革 により、 国 土 交 通 省 電 子 航 法 研 究所 となる。January 2001ENRI, Ministry of Transport was renamed ENRI,Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as centralgovernment ministries were reorganized.平 成 13 年 4 月独 立 行 政 法 人 電 子 航 法 研 究 所 設 立 。 総 務 課 に 企画 室 を 設 置 。April 2001The Electronic Navigation Research Institute, IndependentAdministrative Institution was established. The PlanningOffice was established in the General Affairs Division.平 成 14 年 4 月航 空 施 設 部 、 電 子 航 法 評 価 部 、 衛 星 航 法 部 を 航空 システム 部 、 管 制 システム 部 、 衛 星 技 術 部 に 名称 変 更 。 研 究 室 を 廃 止 し、 研 究 グループを 編 成 。April 2002The Aernautical Facilities Division, the Evaluation Division,and the Satellite Navigation Division were renamed as theAeronautical Systems Division, the Traffic ManagementSystems Division, and the Satellite Technology Division,respectively.Research groups were reorganized fromresearch sections (laboratories).平 成 16 年 3 月高 精 度 測 位 補 正 技 術 開 発 研 究 プロジェクトチーム 及び 先 進 型 地 上 走 行 誘 導 管 制 システム 開 発 プロジェクトチームを 設 置 。March 2004Project Teams for the High-Accuracy Satellite PositioningSystem and Advanced-Surface Movement Guidance andControl System were organized.平 成 17 年 3 月 関 東 空 域 再 編 関 連 研 究 プロジェクトチームを 設 置 。 March 2005 A Project Team for Kanto Airspace Redesign wasorganized.平 成 18 年 4 月研 究 企 画 統 括 を 設 置 。 企 画 室 を 廃 止 し、 企 画 課 を April 2006設 置 。4 研 究 部 制 を 廃 止 し、3 領 域 制 ( 航 空 交 通 管理 領 域 、 通 信 ・ 航 法 ・ 監 視 領 域 、 機 上 等 技 術 領 域 )を 導 入 。Director of Research Planning and Management wasestablished. The Planning Office was abolished and thePlanning Division was established. Four Research Divisionswere reorganized to three Research Departments: ATM,CNS and Airborne Systems.平 成 19 年 1 月関 東 空 域 再 編 関 連 研 究 プロジェクトチームを…廃 止 。January 2007Project Team for Kanto Airspace Redesign was abolished.平 成 19 年 4 月航 空 機 安 全 運 航 支 援 技 術 研 究 プロジェクトチームを設 置 。April 2007Project Team for Research on Flight Safety AssistanceTechnology was organized.平 成 21 年 6 月先 進 型 地 上 走 行 誘 導 管 制 システム 開 発 プロジェクトチームを 廃 止 。June 2009Project Team for Advanced-Surface Movement Guidanceand Control System was abolished.平 成 23 年 3 月高 精 度 測 位 補 正 技 術 開 発 研 究 プロジェクトチームを廃 止 。航 空 機 安 全 運 航 支 援 技 術 研 究 プロジェクトチームを廃 止 。March 2011Project Team for the High-Accuracy Satellite PositioningSystem was abolished.Project Team for Research on Flight Safety AssistanceTechnology was abolished.2平 成 24 年 4 月 通 信 ・ 航 法 ・ 監 視 領 域 、 機 上 等 技 術 領 域 を 廃 止 し、航 法 システム 領 域 、 監 視 通 信 領 域 を 設 置 。April 2012The Communication, Navigation and SurveillanceDepartment and the Airborne System TechnologyDepartment were reorganized into the Navigation SystemsDepartment and the Surveillance and the CommunicationsDepartment.
