管 制 処 理 プロセス 可 視 化 ツール(COMPASi)の 開 発Development of Process Visualization Tool of ATC Tasks(COMPASi)制 処 理 プロセス 可 視 化 ツールCOMPASi(COgnitive…管 system…Model…for…simulating…Projectionbased…behaviors…of…Air…traffic…controller…in…dynamic…Situations)は、 当 研 究 所 が 東 京 大 学 、 東 北 大 学 と 共 同 で管 制 官 の 認 知 プロセスの 分 析 やモデル 化 手 法 に 関 して 行 ってきた 研 究 の 一 環 として 開 発 した 航 空 管 制 シミュレーション&可 視 化 ツールです。 模 擬 された 航 空 交 通 状 況 において、 各航 空 機 に 対 して 必 要 な 管 制 処 理 を 自 動 的 に 検 知 し、 各 航 空機 の 便 名 やシンボルの 色 として 表 示 します。さらに、それを時 系 列 グラフとして 出 力 することにより、 管 制 官 が 行 った 管制 処 理 の「 過 程 」を 見 える 化 することができます。この 処 理 過 程 の 可 視 化 は、シミュレータ 訓 練 結 果 の 効 果的 なレビューに 活 用 できるため、 効 率 的 で 質 の 高 い 管 制 官養 成 訓 練 の 実 現 に 役 立 つものと 考 えられます。また、 新 たな 管 制 運 用 手 法 の 導 入 による 管 制 官 の 負 荷 軽 減 効 果 や 運航 効 率 の 客 観 的 評 価 にも 寄 与 することが 期 待 されます。受 託 研 究 ・ 基 盤 的 研 究 等 / Commissioned…Research,…Fundamental…ResearchCOMPASi is a PC-based tool that visualizes air trafficcontroller tasks in simulated scenarios. ENRI is carryingout research with the University of Tokyo and Tohoku Universityto analyze and model controllers’ cognitive process. COMPASiis one of the products of this research. COMPASi automaticallyidentifies tasks in an evolving traffic situation and visualizes theirdemand levels by color coded aircraft call signs and symbols ona simulated radar screen. Temporal transitions between tasksare also visualized as a time-series graph, which reflects how thecontroller handles the traffic.COMPASi has two applications. The first is to improve theefficiency of controller training by allowing more effective debriefingafter simulator training sessions. The second is to aid theevaluation of new air traffic control and management systemsand procedures. Through analysis of the complexities and flowsof predicted tasks, COMPASi can contribute to objectivelyassessing controller workload and air traffic flow efficiency innew air traffic control and management systems.フローコリドーの 基 礎 的 研 究Basic Study on Flow Corridor密 度 空 域 においてより 安 全 かつ 効 率 的 な 運 航 を 実 現高 するために、フローコリドーと 呼 ばれる 空 域 における 新しい 運 用 概 念 が 考 えられています。航 空 機 が 自 律 的 な 間 隔 維 持 を 行 いつつ 同 一 方 向 へ 飛 行する 交 通 需 要 の 多 い 経 路 に 配 置 される 細 長 い 筒 状 や 帯 状 などの 空 域 を、フローコリドーとして 想 定 しています。 従 来 の 空域 と 分 離 された 空 域 において、 各 航 空 機 が 機 上 装 置 を 活 用した 自 律 的 な 運 航 を 行 うことにより、より 効 率 的 に 空 域 を 利用 することができ 交 通 容 量 の 増 加 が 期 待 されます。当 研 究 所 では、フローコリドーにおける 交 通 流 をモデル 化し、 効 果 的 な 高 密 度 運 航 を 実 現 し 得 る 運 用 方 法 や、 適 切な 配 置 について 検 討 しています。受 託 研 究 ・ 基 盤 的 研 究 等 / Commissioned…Research,…Fundamental…ResearchFlow corridor is generally assumed as long tubed airspace inwhich aircraft are flying in the same direction. In the corridor,aircraft are self-separated using advanced CNS technologyand the corridor is segregated from the conventional airspace.Being free from workload constraint associated with ATC, theimplementation of the operation will result in increases in enroute capacity. To implement the fl ow corridor operation, theoperational procedures are indispensable.ENRI has been studying the operational procedures and thelocation of corridors to realize effective high density operation.18
