空 地 を 結 ぶ 技 術 及 び 安 全 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 ( 安 全 で 効 率 的 な 運 航 の 実 現 )/ Research…and…development…of…technology…and…safety…connecting…the…sky…and…groundWiMAX 技 術 を 用 いたCバンド 空 港 空 地 通 信 網 に 関 する 研 究Study on C-band Aeronautical Mobile Airport Communication System using WiMAXTechnology空 交 通 需 要 の 増 大 に 伴 い、 空 港 周 辺 を 中 心 に、 航航 空 通 信 量 の 増 加 が 懸 念 されています。 現 在 、 空 港 近傍 の 航 空 通 信 の 混 雑 緩 和 のため、 空 港 面 用 の 新 しい 高 性能 な 移 動 体 空 地 通 信 システムが 考 えられています。このシステムは、5GHz 帯 …(Cバンド)において、 公 衆 回 線 で 普 及 しているWiMAX 技 術 を 航 空 分 野 に 適 用 しています。WiMAXでは、 複 数 のアンテナ 利 用 等 により 高 速 伝 送 を 可 能 にしています。当 研 究 所 では、 航 空 に 適 用 可 能 な 高 速 データリンク 技 術の 研 究 開 発 を 以 前 より 進 めています。このような 研 究 開 発 のノウハウ 等 をもとに、WiMAX 技 術 を 航 空 に 適 用 したこのシステムの 国 際 標 準 規 格 の 策 定 作 業 に 参 画 し、プロトタイプ開 発 を 進 めています。Aeronautical communication traffics are expected to increasein airport areas with increase of air traffi c volume. A newaeronautical mobile communication system will be employed formitigation of the communication congestion in airport areas. Thissystem is the WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for MicrowaveAccess) technology using in public line in the frequency of about5 GHz (C-band). WiMAX applies the technology for high-speedcommunication such as antenna system composed by multipleantennas.ENRI has already studied high-speed datalink technology foraeronautical application. ENRI takes part in task groups for thedevelopments of the international standard specifi cation in thissystem using WiMAX technology and develops the experimentalprototype of the system based on our technical know-how.覆 域 (Cell)高 速 データリンク(High-speed Datalink)覆 域 (Cell)16
