空 地 を 結 ぶ 技 術 及 び 安 全 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 ( 安 全 で 効 率 的 な 運 航 の 実 現 )Research and development of technology and safety connecting the air and ground安 全 かつ 効 率 的 な 運 航 の 実 現 、 航 空 通 信 のボトルネック 解 消 及 び 航 空 用 データリンクの 導 入 、ヒューマンエラーの低 減 やシステムの 信 頼 性 向 上 などを 目 指 し、 航 空 機 内 で 電 子 機 器 を 使 用 するための 要 件 を 明 らかにする 研 究 、モバイルWiMAX 技 術 を 空 港 分 野 に 適 用 したシステムの 開 発 等 を 進 めています。Aiming for the achievement of safe and efficient navigation, resolution of aeronautical communication bottlenecks, introductionof aviation data links, reduction of human errors, and improved system reliability, ENRI is researching how to make clearrequirements for using portable electronic devices in aircraft cabin and is developing a system to apply the mobile WiMAXTechnology to the airport field.空 地 を 結 ぶ 技 術 及 び 安 全 に 関 する 研 究 開 発 ( 安 全 で 効 率 的 な 運 航 の 実 現 )/ Research and development of technology and safety connecting the sky and ground航 空 管 制 官 の 業 務 負 荷 状 態 計 測 手 法 の 開 発Study on Measurement of ATC Controllers’ Workload空 管 制 業 務 の 様 な 精 神 性 作 業 におけるヒューマン・エ航 ラーの 防 止 には、 個 々 人 が 精 神 的 なゆとりを 持 って 業務 を 遂 行 する 事 が 重 要 です。 本 研 究 では、 航 空 管 制 業 務内 容 と 業 務 負 荷 量 との 関 係 を 明 らかにし、 適 正 な 業 務 時 間の 算 定 等 を 目 的 とした 業 務 負 荷 モデルの 実 現 を 目 指 してい…ます。また、これまでの 実 験 の 結 果 から、 業 務 中 の 管 制 指 示 等の 発 話 によっても、これをリアルタイムに 評 価 することで、 居眠 りを 起 こす 可 能 性 の 上 昇 を 検 出 することの 可 能 性 が 示 されています。In the prevention of human error in mental work like ATC, it isimportant that every ATC controller does his or her work ingood mental condition. The aim of this study is to quantify therelation between the ATC work and its workload, as well as tobe able to estimate proper work time.As the result of some experiments, we have also confirmedthat it is possible to evaluate the probability of occurrence ofdrowsiness by processing ATC controllers' vocal instructions inreal time.Reading for 10 seconds before and after ATC work15
