VIS CHILDREN’S CHOIR 2013-14Barbara Masters, Director Choir Room: b.masters@visitationparish.org 630-834-8190September 2013Dear Children’s Choir Member,Children’s Choir rehearses EVERY WEDNESDAY in the Choir Room (lower levelParish Center) unless noted in the calendar. We meet as a combined group from3:30 to 4:10 pm. and the 5 th -8 th graders stay until 4:30 to learn advanced partsand instrumental accompaniments. Snow days will follow the D205 decisions.Please let me know of absences as soon as possible by either emailing or calling theMusic Office: b.masters@visitationparish.org 630-834-8190.On days when we sing weekend masses, we will warm-up 30 minutes before mass inthe Choir Room and then walk up to take our places in the church. PLEASE BEPROMPT!Our Choir Dress Code is white shirts or tops and black skirts or slacks. For boys tiesare optional. (On Christmas Eve and Easter, for GIRLS any color dresses will bepermitted but white tops must still be worn over and jackets are optional for boys.) Besure to dress warmly as Church is sometimes very cold.
