The Commissioner/ Secretary (Forests) introduced Shri Abdul Gani Vakil, Ex-MLC, as the newMember (Non-Offical) of the Forest Advisory Committee. To explore the possibility if the Indenting Agency canprovide funds to the Forest Department to construct theforest road passing through the forest land with minimumwidth and minimum damage to the ecology.The proposal was deferred with following observations:-(i).
