Special note: Pre-fitted NBRO-rings are particularly susceptible to draughtsand exposure to ozone. Open storage withexposure to light and draughts causes brittlefracture! Recommendation: Use O-rings madeof Viton (insusceptible to draughts and ozone).■ SurfaceAll steel ranges are galvanized chrome 6-free. Because of thesilvery color, the components of the profile ring fittings have anattractive appearance. The chrome 6-free surface contributes decisivelyto the work protection and conservation of the environment.Already today it fulfills the demand e.g. of the EC-legislation(guideline 2000/53/EG). Susequent painting with customary paintsdoes not cause any problems (take information provided by paintmanufacturers into account). In order to reduce assembly torques,all nuts are antifriction coated. Empfehlung zurLagerung: trocken, zugluftfrei; nicht über 25°C, vorSonnenlicht, Ozon und starkem künstlichen Lichtschützen. Besonders zu beachten: VormontierteNBR O-Ringe sind besonders anfällig gegenZugluft und Ozoneinwirkung. Bei offener, nichtlichtgeschützter und zugluftgefährdeter Lagerungentstehen Sprödbrüche! Empfehlung:O-Ringe aus Viton verwenden (keine Anfälligkeitgegenüber Zugluft und Ozon).■ OberflächenAlle Baureihen aus Stahl sind Chrom-6-frei verzinkt. Durch diesilberne Farbe haben die Verschraubungskomponenten ein attraktivesErscheinungsbild. Die Chrom-6-freie Oberfläche trägt entscheidendzum Arbeits- und Umweltschutz bei. Sie erfüllt heute schondie Forderung z.B. der EU-Gesetzgebung (Richtlinie 2000/53/EG).Das Überlackieren mit branchenüblichen Lacken ist problemlosmöglich (Aussagen der Lackhersteller bitte beachten). Les raccords sont également livrables enacier inox, X6CrNiMoTi17122, suivant DIN 17440,réf. du matériau 1.4571. Matériaux spéciauxdisponibles sur demande.Les matériaux En série: NBR (p.ex. Perbunan ® )des joints Sur demande: FPM (p.ex. Viton ® )Attention! Pour les raccords avec joint élastomère,tenir compte de la norme DIN 7716 (Elastomères:stockage, nettoyage, entretien). Recommandations pourle stockage: tenir au sec, ne pas exposer aux courantsd’air, ne pas dépasser 25°C, à préserver de la lumièresolaire, de l’ozone et de toute lumière artificielle intense.On veillera tout particulièrement au fait que:les joints toriques NBR sont particulièrementsensibles aux courants d’air et aux effets de l’ozone.Un stockage ouvert, non protégé de lalumière et des courants d’air peut provoquer desruptures de fragilité! Recommandation: utiliserdes joints toriques en Viton (aucune fragilité faceaux courants d’air et à l’ozone).■ SurfaceToutes les series en acier sont galvanisées sans Chrome 6. Par lacouleur argentée, les composants des raccords à bague profilée ont unphénotype attirant. La surface sans Chrome 6 à un rapporte décisif surla protection du travail et l’environnement. Elle remplit par exemple déjàaujourd’hui la demande à la législation de l’UE (directive 2000/53/EG).La peinture ultérieure avec des colorants en usage dans la branche sefait sans probleme (tenir compte des informations données par lesfabricants de colorants). Pour réduire les couples de montage, tous lesécrous sont couvert d’un revêtement de glissement.
