For steel fittings oil port thread andO-ring of bolt.1.1 For stainless steel fittings the portthreads of the bolt are to be greasedwith Eaton ABF grease in sufficientquantity. Assembling of the fittingshas to be done immediately aftergreasing in order to prevent adheringof soils. Oil O-ring of bolt.2. Insert bolt into banjo body (on theside with the small counterbore).3. Place sealing edge ring or captivesealing ring into the large counterboreof the body. - Centering through thebolt thread. Captive sealing rings areadditionally centered through thecounterbore in the body (clearancebetween ring and body not permissible;with threads M 10x1, R 1/8, R 1/4and M 14x1.5, only the small diameterof the captive sealing ring fits into thecounterbore of the body, whereas forall other threads the large diametermatches the counterbore).4. Align banjo body and tighten boltwith spanner until a noticeableincrease in torque is required(pressure point).5.1 With captive sealing ring:Tighten bolt with spanner by 1/6 of aturn (60°) beyond the pressure pointwhile holding the body in position.Assembly torques upon request.5.2 With sealing edge ring:Tighten bolt with spanner by 1/4 of aturn (90°) beyond the pressure pointwhile holding the body in position. Thefitting is thus fixed and sealed.Caution: For the version with captiveseal, the tightening travel is shorterand the tightening torque lower thanfor the banjo fitting with sealing edgering.6. Repeated reassembly is possible.Check O-ring and captive seal for anydamage and replace if necessary.Important: For stainless steel fittingsthe threads are to be greased withEaton ABF grease in sufficient quantityprior to re-assembly.Caution: Deviating numbers oftightening turns cause a reduction innominal pressure and service life ofthe connection. This results in leakages.1. Hohlschraube durch das Schwenkgehäusestecken (in die Seite mit derkleinen Ausdrehung).3. Dichtkantenring oder Weichdichtungsringin die große Ausdrehung amGehäuse einlegen. - Zentrierung überdas Hohlschraubengewinde, beimWeichdichtungsring zusätzlich über dieAusdrehung im Gehäuse (kein Spielzwischen Dichtring und Gehäuse zulässig;für die Gewinde M 10x1, R 1/8, R1/4 und M 14x1,5 paßt nur der kleinereDurchmesser des Dichtringes in dieGehäuseansenkung, in den restlichenAbmessungen der größere).4. Schwenkgehäuse ausrichten undHohlschraube mit dem Schraubenschlüsselbis zum Punkt des deutlichansteigenden Drehmomentes(Druckpunkt) anziehen.5.1 Mit Weichdichtungsring:Hohlschraube mit dem Schraubenschlüsselunter Gegenhalten desGehäuses 1/6 Umdrehung (60°) nachdem Druckpunkt anziehen. Montage-Drehmomente auf Anfrage.5.2 Mit Dichtkantenring:Hohlschraube mit dem Schraubenschlüsselunter Gegenhalten desGehäuses 1/4 Umdrehung (90°) nachdem Druckpunkt anziehen. Die Verschraubungist hiermit fixiert undabgedichtet.Achtung: In der Weichdichtungsversionkleinerer Anzugsweg undgeringeres Anzugsdrehmoment als beider Schwenkverschraubung mit Dichtkantenring.6. Wiederholmontagen sind möglich.O-Ring und Weichdichtung auf Beschädigungenkontrollieren, ggf. austauschen.Wichtig: Bei Verschraubungen ausnicht rostendem Stahl sind die Gewindevor der Wiederholmontage in ausreichenderMenge mit Eaton ABF-Fetteinzufetten.Achtung: Abweichende Anzugswegereduzieren die Nenndruckleistung unddie Lebensdauer der Verbindung.Leckagen sind die Folge.1. Pour raccordement en acier huiler lefiletage mâle et le joint torique dugoujon creux.1.1 Pour les raccords en acier inoxydableles filetages mâle sont à graisseren quantité suffisante avec lagraisse Eaton ABF. Après graissage,montage des raccords directement,pour empêcher les souillures d’adhérer.Huiler le joint torique du goujoncreux.2. Passer le goujon creux à travers lecorps orientable (du côté au petit alésage).3. Mettre la rondelle à arête d'étanchéitéou l'anneau joint mou dans legrand alésage du corps. Le centrageest assuré par le filetage du goujoncreux. L'anneau joint mou est en pluscentré par l'alésage du corps (aucunjeu entre l'anneau joint mou et lecorps n'est admissible; pour les filetagesM 10x1, R 1/8, R 1/4 et M14x1,5, seul le petit diamètre de l'anneaujoint mou s'adapte à l'alésagedans le corps. Pour tout autre filetage,le grand diamètre est à la mesure del'alésage).4. Aligner le corps orientable et, àl'aide d'une clef, visser le goujoncreux jusqu'à l'augmentation nettedu couple de serrage (point dur).5.1 Avec anneau joint mou:Visser le goujon creux à l'aide d'uneclef de 1/6 de tour (60°) à partir dupoint dur en maintenant le corps.Couples de montage sur demande.5.2 Avec rondelle à arête d'étanchéité:Visser le goujon creux à l'aide d'uneclef de 1/4 de tour (90°) à partir dupoint dur en maintenant le corps. Leraccord est ainsi immobilisé etétanche.Attention: Le nombre de tours deserrage et le couple de serragerequis pour la version avec jointmou sont moins élevés que pour leraccord orientable avec rondelle àarête d'étanchéité.6. Possibilité de remontages.
