This body could take up the task of programm<strong>in</strong>g, manag<strong>in</strong>g and coord<strong>in</strong>at<strong>in</strong>gthe disability policy <strong>in</strong> a field where actions are currently planned by different m<strong>in</strong>istries and carried out <strong>in</strong>isolation by various local governmental bodies or implement<strong>in</strong>g agencies, especially INGOs.This coord<strong>in</strong>at<strong>in</strong>g body could be <strong>in</strong> charge of promot<strong>in</strong>g and protect<strong>in</strong>g the full range of the rights of personswith disability, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g their right to accessibility, education, employment, rehabilitation and health, andwelfare support.
