The key messages were to express appreciation of the contributionby the community in the past and encourage the public to keep up the clean Hong Kongefforts. In respect of the enforcement actions against public cleanliness offences,posters/pamphlets were used to advise the public not to commit the cleanliness offences onlittering, spitting, dog fouling and unauthorised display of bills and posters.
