These units are available in twobasic configurations to meet your application requirements:• Cable and Batch ConfigurationsUsing an optional USB, RS-232 or keyboard wedgecable, the MAH200 and the MAH300 interface to virtuallyany communication standard. All cables use rugged,automatic locking adapters that allow users to changecables, but prevent inadvertent disconnections.Using an optional high-capacity lithium-ion battery, theMAH200 and the MAH300 can be used in a batch modeuntethered to a computer or power supply. With over6000 scan storage capacity, plus more than eight hoursof standby time, these units provide ample capacity tomeet the requirements of a standard production shift.Connecting the unit via an optional USB or PS/2 cablenot only provides a download link, but also automaticallyrecharges the battery. (The RS-232 cable providesinterconnection to the computer, but without chargingcapability. Order the transformer separately.)• Wireless Bluetooth ConfigurationThe Class 1 Bluetooth interface with a 300-footoperating range communicates seamlessly with desktopand laptop PCs, PDAs, printers cell phones, point-ofsaledevices, and LAN and WLAN routers. Units offera large 4 MB nonvolatile memory for data and userprograms and the high-capacity battery provides enoughpower to operate the unit over a typical shift plus amplestandby time.A high-capacity lithium ion battery supports portableoperations. The 2.4 GHz radio system is available andcompatible with a wide range of Bluetooth systems, as wellas the CodeXML Modem, with a unique data and pairingencryption system for unsurpassed wireless data security.MAH300 Portable Data TerminalThe MAH300 establishes anew benchmark for portabledata terminals and hand heldcomputers by combiningthe industry's best imagingtechnology with a graphicdisplay and rugged keyboard tocreate the smallest and lightest fullfeaturedbar code reading terminal on themarket.Using the same ergonomic platform as the MAH200, theMAH300 extends mobile all-symbology bar code readingto include information display and keyboard entry.Like the MAH200, the MAH300 is available in two versions:Cabled/Batch and Wireless.A 2.4 GHz radio system is available and compatible with awide range of Bluetooth systems, as well as the CodeXMLModem, with a unique data and pairing encryption systemfor unsurpassed wireless data security.
