Instructions For <strong>Student</strong> Employees1. You must return the completed Employment Clearance Form to the Financial Aid Officeand your supervisor before you may begin working.2. No student may work more than 20 hours per week.3. <strong>Student</strong> time sheets must be filled out on a daily basis as you work. At the end of a pay period,you should submit the time sheet to your supervisor to be signed. The supervisor will perform theappropriate audit checks and deliver the time sheets to the Office of Financial Aid by the time anddate indicated below. Incomplete time sheets will be returned to the supervisor, and will notbe processed for payroll until properly completed.4. <strong>Time</strong> sheets must be turned in to the Office of Financial Aid by the supervisor no later than4:00 p.m. on the following dates:September 10October 11November 12December 7February 4March 3April 7May 15. If you work in more than one position, each supervisor must know you have another job.6. It is important that you be at work on time and do the best that you can do on the job. Contactyour supervisor within 2 hours of your scheduled shift if it will not be possible to work when youare scheduled.7. <strong>Time</strong> sheets must be turned in each month by the due dates listed above. Late time sheets will bepaid on the next payroll period.8.
